We also install all our new permeable paving on custom reinforced porous concrete, ensuring your paving is strong enough for the intended usage.

What are the benefits of permeable paving?
One of the biggest benefits of using permeable paving is that it can provide effective drainage and greatly help manage stormwater. By design, permeable paving allows for water to drain freely through its paving layer and base into the ground. During heavy rain, less water lingers on the surface and goes into the storm water system.
How does a permeable paving system work?
As with any type of pavement, permeable paving is made up of multiple layers of materials. Specifically, there are two key layers – the surface layer and the base. At New Dawn, we install a custom reinforced permeable concrete base and then a surface layer of resin bound paving. Depending on the application and area, permeable paving may be installed differently and will need other requirements to ensure its longevity.
